| This global currency support role sits within the currency operations area of a highly regarding American Investment Bank.
The team is responsible for trading & sales support, institutional client support and service & risk management. Responsibilities include: Extensive and direct work with Trading and Sales, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected on the firm's books and helping them to establish the service levels expected by our clients. Direct interface with the Firm's institutional clients to ensure proper settlement of currency transactions. Focus on client service, striving continually to maintain and improve service to clients, through leveraging market leading infrastructure and resources. Actively manage Operational risks related to all aspects of the currency business. Focus on process improvement and increased efficiency, working to ensure costs are managed at the same time as maximising control. Experience & skills required: 1 to 3 years FX experience from a middle office support or front office desk assistant role. Graduate with either degree or A level from a mathematical based subject. High level of team-orientation, client focused and commercial awareness. Comfortable in high-pressure environment. Strong technical and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. |
