Supporting the Head of HR you will provide generalist HR support to UK based Employees and Expatriates.

This is a 4-month contract - Interviews Immediately!
Your duties will include:
Temporary and Permanent Recruitment, Advise Managers on Employment Law and the Company's policies and procedures, Advise Employees on their Maternity and Paternity Rights, ensure full documentation of people on leave and liaise with payroll.

Additionally you will:
Oversee and monitor the Corporate Health Screening Programme, costs and numbers, Administer and advise staff on the Private UK & International Healthcare schemes, Oversee HR Assistant on temp invoices/ references etc.
Organise work permits for new & transferring employees.
Organise Training courses.
Induction of new employees & exit interviews for leavers.
General Advisor on HR issues to all employees.
To consult with external advisers, eg, insurance brokers, employment lawyers etc as appropriate.

You will have:
Ability to advise Managers on Employment Law and forthcoming legislation CIPD qualified
A minimum of 5 years experience in HRComputer literate, Word and Excel to Advanced levelPrevious experience of using an HR database desirable.
