| A Junior Consultant is required for this financial data provider. Purpose of position is to monitor and resolve incoming queries from clients. Build excellent rapport with clients. Provide expert advice and in-house solutions. Understanding of company's range of products. Promoting of services.
High standard of client support is required. Build projects/investment models. Identify any problems as quickly as possible. Liaise with the relevant internal departments. Maintain client relationship management systems. Provide up to date statistics. Assist in co-ordination of software upgrades. The ideal candidate must be educated to at least degree level. A second European language is equally desirable. You must have knowlege of time series databases, i.e Datastream or FactSet. Minimum of 1 year's experience of working in a training/consulting role within Financial Services environment. Be familiar with Financial markets.
