| Working within the busy Finance department, you will be responsible for all overseas invoices.
Position will involve checking invoices, issuing payments, allocating payments on computer, liasing with suppliers, filing, reconciling creditors balances and processing pre-payments. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years purchase ledger experience, have a sound knowledge of Excel, have good keyboard skills, be able to work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. Experience of working for a travel company is desirable. Applicants must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing at all levels, have good listening skills, be highly organised and able to prioritise in a busy environment, be able to work on own initiative and meet set deadlines. |
