As the company continues to grow and expand rapidly the need for dedicated attention to quality issues throughout the company becomes increasingly important. The role of Quality Assurance Executive will focus particularly on the effective analysis and reporting of quality standards and the development of quality initiatives to further develop quality standards.
Working in a 3 man team and reporting to the Head of Quality, you will enjoy a challenging and varied role. Key functions will include: o Contributing to the preparation of effective processes and procedures to assist the company as it prepares for an externally recognised ISO quality accreditation. o Work as part of a team towards achieving the ISO accreditation o Design and produce performance measurement reports, monitor the various internal functions of the business and identify potential areas of improvement. o Assist in the development and compilation of a balanced scorecard reporting system for use by the company’s Management Team and Board. o Work with the parent companies to introduce a best practice framework within the organisation. This will include assisting the company’s further development as a socially responsible company. o Preparing and presenting Quality Assurance reports to the FTSE practitioner committees o Work with third parties to create Service Level Agreements and measure performance against them. YOU: o Educated to degree level/ qualified in recognised quality assurance examinations o Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word o Interest in financial markets |
