| This is a role for a relatively junior professional (0-2 yrs PQE) that combines Product Control and cutting-edge IAS Advisory in supporting a burgeoning SCM business.
The role includes: Controlling P&L for a portfolio of complex transactions. Monthly/Quarterly balance sheet under UK GAAP. Preparation / review of Annual statutory accounts for various legal entities. New products technical & control analysis, including post implementation & periodical reviews. Liaising with auditors on agreeing accounting treatment for existing and new transactions under both UK and US GAAP/ IAS. Front office liaison / advice on existing & new transactions and ad hoc requests. Candidates should have a strong awareness of Accounting Standards and experience of Auditing/Controlling complex transactions. |
