Technical Administrator to IFA's

in London City

An independent financial consultancy are looking for two technical administrators to join their team. Previous experience within financial services is essential
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

· Process Financial Services business within 24 hours of receipt
· Acknowledge Financial Services business to client and/or Solicitor within 24 hours of receipt
· Order and monitor quotes from Life Offices
· Liaise with Life Office contacts, Solicitors and Clients
· Produce illustrations for new business
· Provide administration support for Special Needs Trust clients
· Provide secretarial support for the Consultants
· Provide reception duties, answering telephone calls and greeting visitors
· Ensure compliance documentation accompanies new business
· Update First Database according to case events
· Ensure accurate information is entered on First Database for all clients
· Provide cover for colleagues in the event of holidays and sickness absence
· Screening departmental telephone calls
· Organising own work schedule

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the company.
MINIMUM TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

· In-house training on Database
· In-house training on Policies & Procedures
· In-house training on Financial Services
· Training on Synaptics/CTP
· Microsoft Word - desirable
· Microsoft Excel - desirable
· Microsoft Outlook - desirable
· FPC 1 and FPC 2 qualifications - desirable

· The ideal candidate will have experience within the profession ie. personal injury and/or financial services
