| As part of an expanding department, this role in US Settlements requires a candidate with experience of DTC settlements, but also someone who is able to work off their own initiative and has developed a good understanding of systems and their compatibilities.
The main focus of the role is within the US front to back settlements team, which encompasses DTC equity settling trades within Equity Operations. This team has a high level of focus from front office and ops management, allowing for greater transparency with the sales and trading. As well as the day-to-day focus on the pre-matching and settling of trades, you will be expected to have a good understanding of risk and have the ability to prioritise tasks and escalate/delegate where appropriate. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate calibre candidate to interface with a wide cross-section of internal and external clients, who will also be given scope to develop key skills such as project management and client relationship building. Support will be given to ensure you have the opportunity and confidence to develop. |
