| A prestigous chartered surveyors requires Chartered Surveyor with at least 5 years post qualification experience of valuation methods relating to commercial rents and statutory rental assessments on river works. A good working knowledge of the tidal River Thames in all its aspects. Excellent organisational, negotiating and communication skills. Tact, discretion, sensitivity and politcal awareness. Sound knowledge and understanding of the relevant sections of the Landlord and Tenant Act and their legal implications. £31K -£34K depending on experience, 28 days holiday, fund salary pension and private healthcare. |
