Our Client is ONLY interested in meeting A’Level 2nd jobbers (GCSE Maths must be a grade C or above) who have gained good office based work experience. Although the initial salary is £14,500 - it will become £16,500 within six months with a bonus. Educated to A level standard and/or above Good communication skills. Team player. Self motivated. Good time management skills. Good problem solving skills. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the databases to an agreed set of standards and to resolve data problems in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities: Data Supply Management: Managing Financial Market/s Maintaining day to day contact with the data suppliers ensuring the data is delivery in correct formats and in a timely manner Data Extraction, Analysis and Input: Acquire knowledge, skills and expertise in the use of a wide variety of information sources, the identification of data to be used and its extraction to appropriate loading formats. Ensure all new records are loaded on the database in an accurate and timely manner. Data Ingest: Monitor incoming batch and real time transmissions and perform daily PC ingest processes. Initiate and implement recovery and data validation procedures to ensure data quality and accuracy. Customer Service: Resolve internal and external customer data queries. Data Quality: Maintain data quality by implementing pro-active checking procedures. Validate and correct data by involving the identification of alternative second source as reference. To update and maintain the databases to an agreed set of standards and to resolve data problems in a timely and effective manner. |
