Reputable for their edge on competitors, their business critical systems are used on trading floors around the world by demanding customers. They now have an opportunity for a Credit and Rates Business Expert. This is a prestigious opportunity for a Business Expert who is passionate about providing the best software solutions for Traders trading Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives and Fixed Income. A truly demanding role, this position would suit a candidate who is ambitious, self motivated and who has a unique ability to understand market problems experienced by customers. Working within their highly experienced, enthusiastic team as the Credit and Rates Business Expert you will be servicing a wide base of customers and salesmen in different geographical regions by: - helping the team to communicate and execute the long term strategy - participating in workshops and other pre-sales activities - producing software development specifications by identifying market problems - helping to resolve customer issues on their software through problem solving/training Your experience and willingness to travel will allow you to contribute from day one. This role will involve working with many individuals from whom you will learn rapidly on the job. To succeed as the Credit and Rates Business Expert you must be from a credit/rates/financial trading background, with experience of software package implementation. You must also be comfortable in communicating Traders’ business problems to software developers.
