JOB TITLE: Assistant Corporate Actions Administrator.
BUSINESS AREA:Market Facing Operations
The main purpose of the role involves:
To undertake the junior roll on the desk involving voting, proxies, receiving training in corporate actions & undertaking general administrative duties.

Key Accountabilities:
To collect & collate announcements of all company meetings and advise fund management,
instruct custodians according to fund management decisions and within the custodians deadlines,
maintain proxy voting records & produce statistics as required,
Perform general desk administration duties and assist other team members as required,
to undertake projects or investigations when requested.
Key Technical skills, experience and qualifications.
PC literate (Excel & Word)
one year’s working experience
must be able to work effectively in a team environment & be a good communicator.
IAQ qualification is desirable but not essential (however candidate must be willing to take exams).
