| Leading financial group require a skilled 2nd jobber (educated to A'level standard) who has had exposure to the finanancial makets.
Summary of Primary Role: Responsible for providing dedicated support to the Investment Management Group within our clients firm by providing a single point of contact. Responding to telephone calls, E Mails & Faxes into the helpline from internal customers requesting assistance on various data issues. Managing and tracking data issues, on behalf of the customer, providing a satisfactory resolution or escalation to relevant areas within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service - Responding to data queries from the customer base. Ensuring all enquiries are handled in a timely manner and the customer is informed of progress and resolution. 2.Assistance with the investigation and resolution of data queries by working with other departments. 3.Establish an understanding of the customer base, through comprehension of product ranges - 4.Provide feedback to other areas, typically, Team Management, Program Management, Marketing and Customer Services Management, concerning recurring data issues, client comments, enhancement requests etc. 5.Data Management of customer issues through the logging and tracking of data issues logged on the HEAT call logging software. 6.Maintenance of external News programs for customers. |
