Banking and Finance - Banking Operations

in London City

2 fund administrators are needed to work for a growing department within a well established investment company.

The main duties are:

• Data input to internal systems covering cash management processes
• General banking processes covering cheques/bankers payments
• Preparing issue of client documentation (Confirmations, Statements, Valuations, Policy Documents, etc)
• Preparing Audit letters
• Scanning and updating client correspondence and signature records
• Responding to client enquiries via telephone/fax/e-mail/letter
• General administrative duties including filing and postal duties.

You must have 2-3 years administration experience within the industry banking or financial services. Excellent work history, no one that has jumped around. They welcome applications from mature candidates who haves solid industry experience. This is a role for a good alrounder who is willing to work hard and develop their skills.
