Prior to application - Our client requires the following; Experience / Exposure to Marketing, Knowledge Management and Project Management within the Banking / Financial sector. 3 Month contract that could potentially develop into other opportunities; The main purpose of this role is to provide high level support to the Global leadership teams within this leading Financial Managemnt consultancy and project manage key international marketing and knowledge management initiatives. The Responsibilities Support Global Head, the Global/EMA/AsPac Executive and the Global Hedge Fund group developing targeting analysis, marketing consistency and identify global opportunities in key accounts. Develop, project manage, plan and deliver Fund Forum conference. Project manage K marketing for the conference ensuring global participation. Project manage UK events on an adhoc basis. Maintain and control budgets for these projects. Project manage, research, compliance and marketing (internet, mailings etc) of State of Investment Management Industry in Europe publication. Ensure regional consistency. Produce additional IM&F marketing publications i.e. profiles, credentials and inserts. Maintain and control budgets for these projects The promotion, editing and training of the Global knowledge management site (microweb). Develop and advise regional consistency of the IM&F folders and ensure the IM&F site is aligned to Global Knowledge Management design. Implement and market the new intranet called Sharepoint. Business development and research account plans for key clients/targets for example State Street and support the global and UK CST teams. Ambassador for dealing with internal/external enquiries, research for various business development projects and ensuring global consistency and knowledge sharing. |
