OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
Provide support to the European Finance team to ensure the team can provide a professional service to the European Management and the European Operations. Ensure the department meets compliance requirements and documentation to support key financial statements and procedures are complete, accessible and well maintained. Ensure key financial systems are maintained and key processes are completed on a timely basis.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
&# *****; The main accountabilities include administrative and compliance requirements, systems administration, and general office duties.
&# *****; Administration and Compliance activities will include ensuring documentation with respect to the pan European functions is collated and on a timely basis and properly filed, Sarbanes Oxley documentation is complete and up to date and statutory reporting requirements maintained.
&# *****; Systems Administration relates to the key financial reporting systems used across Europe and will involve security maintenance, organisation structural changes and data quality.
&# *****; General office duties will involve providing support to the finane team during month end and planning reporting periods, handling calls from the European operations and general department administration.
