London NW10 Up to £17,000 As one of the largest memory specialists in Europe, our client is a leading name in the IT industry. With international offices, they have won many prestigious innovation awards and are reputable for their expert service. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Clerk who is fluent in Spanish. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Clerk to join a friendly team, where you will be responsible for managing accounts in the UK and abroad. As the Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Clerk you will regularly contact customers and maintain accounts in good order using the company’s system, in which you will be trained on. You will also proactively work to avoid payment issues. You will respond quickly to issues and work with other departments to resolve problems, and you will produce statements and reports in a timely manner. You will also liaise with credit insurers to ensure optimum cover and work on claims. Essential to your success as the Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Clerk will be your previous credit control experience and your fluency in English and Spanish. You must also be PC literate and have an understanding of credit control procedures. With your excellent eye for detail, you will be an excellent communicator with a good telephone manner and great customer service skills. Self motivated and a team player, you will be able to work under pressure and you will have a friendly manner.
