| A number of our investment banking clients are actively seeking graduate calibre individuals with a legal background and solid derivatives documentation experience to include a thorough understanding of ISDA definitions. Previous experience of managing a small team, together with a minimum 5 years' experience of master and transactional documentation for either equity or credit derivatives is essential. The role requires proven ability to develop relationships and gain credibility with internal and external clients. |
