Job Title: Finance Assistant Location: EC3 Reporting to: Assistant Vice President - Financial Accounting Roles Reporting to this Position: N/A Purpose of Role: Your main duties will entail preparing the daily profit and loss production for the Foreign exchange and money market deals. Liasing with traders and performing reconciliation of accounts balances as directed. Assisting in the preparation of regulatory returns for Federal Reserve in Boston. Specific Duties: Produce Daily package (65%) produce FX P&L and net interest income for Europe region compute manual adjustments to system generated P&L, and make associated journal entries. produce and monitor regulatory limits report capture and upload of FX rates into accounting system liaison with traders Daily Interface checks (10%) reconciliation of source system balances to the GL monitor suspense accounts Ad Hoc assignments (25 %) produce information for weekly & monthly reporting to Federal Reserve Boston monthly certification of balances on the accounting systems maintain documentation of procedures |
