| A local authority has a rapidly growing number of projects and is looking for someone to fill the position of a Funding Officer to work on a number of European and Domestic funded projects for a period of 4 months.
Key responsibilities will include: • Maintain and monitor the complex project budgets • Deal with Grant claims • Staff management • Co-ordinate bid writing • Liaise with people of all levels including suppliers, contractors, and other government authorities. The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience in project management and budget monitoring. • Work effectively with all levels of staff • Maintain a level head under pressure • Excellent literacy and numerical skills • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills Previous experience within projects, budget monitoring , and working with transnational partners would be an distinct advantage to this role N.B.
