| This is a temp to perm opportunity working for a prestigious International Investment Bank in Accounts Payable. Candidate must have at least 1 year's relevant experience within a similar environment.
Job Title Accounts Payable Clerk Reports To Manager - Accounts Payable Key Responsibilities (the aim of this list of duties is to provide an indication only, it is by no means exhaustive). · Coding of employee and supplier invoices · Inputting and checking of expense forms/invoices · Preparing and issue recharge invoices/journals · Reconciling sales ledgers · Preparing and inputting journals Other duties · Filing · Providing cover for cheque runs/BACS runs when required · Ad-hoc duties Qualifications and Experience · Educated to A level standard · One years experience in an accounts payable environment · Fast and accurate inputting skills e.g. 10,000 kspm Personal Attributes · Accurate with attention to detail · Excellent communication skills - both written and oral · Confident manner · Ability to work without close supervision · Must be able to work to strict deadlines and under pressure · Team player · Self motivated · Flexible with a can do attitude Systems · Excel - intermediate level · JD Edwards knowledge desirable · Mircrosoft word SALARY AND BENEFITS Salary: £18,000 to £21,000 On joining 22 working days holiday per annum Long Term Disability Insurance Life Assurance Critical Illness After probation (6 months) Interest free loan for Season Ticket Corporate membership with Holmes Place and gym subsidy Medical Aid 10% non-contributory pension scheme |
