You will be validating cash & stock holdings positions on SSIMS records to counterparty records, investigate and assign discrepancies and ensuring the ongoing resolution of assigned discrepancies. Specific Duties: Obtain counterparty records and import to CARS (auto rec package) or Excel, for matching. Reconcile and clear matched items. Investigate unmatched items and assign to other teams (internal and external to SSIMS) for resolution. Monitor and ˇ§chaseˇ¨ other teams for ongoing resolutions. Work Parameters or Boundaries : To perform role in accordance with internal procedures. ***** PERSON SPECIFICATION Specific Qualifications/Skills: At least 18 months experience in reconciliationˇ¦s or investigationˇ¦s, preferably within an asset management environment. Computer Literate Level of Education: Oˇ¦level or equivalent passes in English and Mathematics Previous Level of Experience: „h Ideally, previous experience using Paladign and/or AS400, SWIFT Skills - interpersonal, numerical, problem-solving, analytical, etc „h Good interpersonal skills. Good problem solver. Good communication skills Self-motivated Excellent attention to detail Disposition - motivation, team skills, ability to work under pressure, etc Self-motivated. Good team player |
