| This specialist Insurance Company provides products and services that help accelerate the processes of property transactions. Their innovative solutions help conveyancing solicitors and lenders to streamline workflow and provide protection to all parties involved in property transactions.
They are looking for a Client Account Manager to handle the day to day relationships with account clients. This is a varied and interesting role incorporating a mix of People Management, Communication, Administration and Project Handling. This includes involvement in projects such as managing the implementation of new initiatives for existing clients; provide training and support to new clients on product and service benefits; carry out review meetings with clients; identify additional revenue streams and new product opportunities in conjunction with client and solicitor needs. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you should have excellent presentation and confident relationship management skills together with the ability to analyse and present statistical data; good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication and experience in using Microsoft Office products. An understanding of the Mortgage Lending Process, residential conveyancing and / or Title Insurance would be useful as would experience in process development and implementation.
