Division: Structured Property Finance Job Title: Internal Banker Location: Private Bank London Key Responsiblities · Supporting two Private Bankers in the Property Finance Team within the Private Bank. · This consultant will be part of a specialised niche lending team focusing on highly leveraged and complex transactions. · A full time position, and not necessarily regular hours, with two highly driven property lenders who are currently actively marketing to an extensive client base. · Preparation of loan agreements, development drawdown documentation, administration of existing loan portfolio, fielding existing client queries. · Client contact either over the phone or face to face mainly in administering an existing position or assisting in the process of creating a new account. Personal Attributes · Strong interpersonal skills · High level of attention to detail · Good understanding of law as it relates to banking · Highly motivated and energetic · Highly numerate · Interest and awareness of global financial markets and macro economics · Interested in growing with an entrepreneurial banking group · Professional · Good Team player Qualifications/Experience · Work experience within a lending process is essential · Must have a minimum of 3 years banking experience and preferably an understanding of a bank's credit committee and lending services process. · A finance or legal related degree would be preferable. · Will have probably worked within a charged securities division of a major bank. · Highly computer literate. |
