| ¨ Active management of Business Development team, ensuring that all key objectives are met.
¨ Ensuring that the key objectives of the 3 Year EMEA plan are met by the successful execution of the Brands BD strategy in Europe. ¨ Ongoing liaison with geographic Affinity leaders to ensure that local BD plans are aligned with the Brands BD strategy and that all central resources are made available to assist local efforts. ¨ Ensuring that the activities of the BD team are properly integrated with the Placement and Operation functions within the Central Team. ¨ Preparation for and active participation in the monthly Work in Progress (WIP) meeting with the European Practice Leader/Central Team. ¨ Preparation of Quarterly review report and any other management reports as requested by European Practice Leader/CFO. ¨ Participation and active input into the regular Affinity Executive meetings. ¨ Ownership of specific strategic projects as summarised in EMEA plan or as directed by European Practice Leader. ¨ Identify and research new Brand opportunities and bring appropriate proposals to European Practice Leader so as to get approval/commitment to pursue such opportunities at central and local level. ¨ Maintain relationships with key European prospects, working in conjunction with BD team. ¨ Assist/liaise with colleagues in other regions as required from time to time. ¨ Ensuring that all agreed revenue targets are met. ¨ Ensuring that all new business goals are met. |
