You will be responsible for everything from account management to the recruitment of new sales staff, and it is expected that you will be a driving force in the direction of the company. Therefore, previous experience in a sales management role would be appropriate. This is real career job, as it is hoped that the suitable candidate will become a major contributor in the business as it continues to grow. The starting salary is £25-£35k basic with an excellent commission structure and additional benefits. |
