| A friendly Estate Agents is looking to expand their lettings department and is looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their team in trendy Islington.
Duties will include registering applicants, showing properties, advertising on the web and in shop windows, seeing the lettings procedure through to the end i:e chasing references, utility companies, liaising with prospective tenants and landlords on a daily basis, negotiating contracts. You will ideally have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Lettings Negotiator, have enthusiasm for sales and hitting targets.
