North London £25,000 - £28,000 + Excellent Benefits Our client is an international brand management group involved in the sports, outdoor and fashion markets. With an enviable portfolio of brands including Speedo, Berghaus, Kickers and Red or Dead; they now need a talented Marketing Executive to create and deliver global brand marketing for their ellesse brand. The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager with ellesse global brand marketing and liaise with ellesse marketing support in Asia to ensure global consistency. Utilising your broad remit of marketing experience, you will be involved in assisting in the provision of the following: - seasonal photographic requirements (with group marketing) - tennis product point of sale - product support - branding, swing tags, packaging - collation of global ellesse PR coverage, press stories etc A varied and challenging role, as the Marketing Executive you will coordinate and execute all logistics for seasonal product launches, ensure seasonal catalogues are produced on time and in full, and ensure the appropriate kit is delivered to sponsored athletes and clubs. You will have a hands-on role, working with the Marketing Manager to develop a web presence for ellesse, with ongoing management of the ellesse blog and extranet. You will also have PR responsibilities in accordance with the brand marketing strategy. Essential to your success as the Marketing Executive, you will have relevant experience within a branded product marketing role, ideally gained within an international setting. You will have a marketing related qualification (or working towards), with some experience of managing agencies and exposure to PR activities. Experienced in organising product launches or similar events, you must have Microsoft office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint) and a positive and proactive approach to your work. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, with a good attention to detail and great organisational skills. Above all else, you will be passionate for our client’s products, showing market empathy.
