London, Central London E1 £ Attractive Package and based on experience Our client is the industry leading provider of Document Integrity and Outbound Content Security software. Their London Office is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Manager, EMEA to join their Marketing team. Reporting to the CMO, the EMEA marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programmes that will enable the company to succeed in its chosen markets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for working with the senior marketing staff in San Francisco to share learning and ideas in order to leverage the global impact of programs. The role is also responsible for the day to day management of PR agencies. The position will be gauged on both quantitative measures such as lead generation and lead quality and the qualitative measures such as creativity, leadership and impact. The ideal candidate would: - Have a first degree in any discipline (or equivalent), although MBA would be advantageous. - The successful candidate will have proven track record and a solid experience of working within high technology marketing, some of which must be working in high volume software environment. - Strong marketing management/Partner marketing experience, particular reseller, integrator and VAR recruitment and co-marketing programs is essential for this role. - Desire and drive to succeed. - Strong product and technology market and solution messaging oriented knowledge. - Proven ability to define and execute programs beginning from targeting and goals, and ending with high quality lead generation. - Experience of marketing content security software a definite advantage (document technologies experience also of interest). Proven ability to act on own in geography without losing contact and visibility to central management group. - Have hands on approach, not afraid to roll-up their sleeves and take on tactics, yet stay focused on the end result. The candidate must be dynamic and comfortable working in a fast moving environment with the ability to react to the stimulus of rapid change. Strong analytical skills, time management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
