| This large web publishing company provides a number of products and services to businesses in the UK. You will need to be an excellent communicator and a very good listener focused on client service and maximising the potential of existing customers. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing them with information, advice and guidance. You will research and recommend new opportunities. Resolve product and service problems when necessary. Identify alternative means of filling customers requirements. Part of your job will involve co-operating with the editorial; marketing and customer support departments to design possible community based promotions and events. You will be part of a team of 4 working in a very small well-appointed call centre (4 teams in all) You should be career minded, motivated and enthusiastic.
