London, Central London £20,000 basic + bonus Would you like to join a small fast growing business working closely with the MD? Our client is looking for a bright, confident and committed self starter who communicates well - both written and verbally. The role: Based at their vibrant offices near Oxford Circus in central London, they are now looking to scale up membership and activity significantly and seek a Membership Executive to manage and organise all events and communication with members. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, small and growing team and meet some of the countries’ most exciting entrepreneurs. The role is varied and demanding. The right person will be involved in regular communication with members, building an effective rapport with members face to face, by phone and by email. Main responsibilities will be event planning and management; member administration; communications with sponsors; website development and updating; assistance to the MD and other task as needed. They are looking for a bright, highly organised individual who loves to multi-task under pressure and is capable of taking their own initiative. The individual should be a self starter who is able to work as part of a team. You should have a clear and confident telephone manner, excellent written and verbal communications skills, very good time management skills and an ability to keep on top of a large number of ongoing tasks. You must enjoy working in a high paced atmosphere and share the passion of wanting to make the business grow to its full potential fast.
