London £12,000 - £18,000 DOE + Commission £4,000 - £12,000 Uncapped + Free Health Club Membership Are you looking to earn a great commission working for a leading health and fitness operator? Our client is looking to recruit self driven Membership Sales Executives and Field Sales Representatives with the desire to succeed within the health club environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a professional attitude and strong communications skills both on the telephone and face to face. As a Membership Sales Executive or Field Sales Representative you will be required to maximize club revenue by actively recruiting new health club members by generating and converting leads into sales. To succeed you must have sales experience and be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing your own time effectively and efficiently. With your experience of working to daily and monthly targets, ideally you will come from a health and fitness, or leisure based sales background. Candidates from other industry sectors will be considered, as will, driven and self motivated graduates, especially if you have a desire to exceed expectations and have knowledge of health and fitness. Membership Sales Executive and Field Sales Representative positions are available nationwide, and candidates will have the choice of working from an individual club or having a field based role where they will cover a defined territory. Successful candidates will be put through a sales academy and will receive ongoing training and support. There will also be opportunities for company progression and to even work abroad if you are looking to travel further a field. The options are endless!
