| My clients are one of the leading online classified sites in the UK. They are synonymous with property, motoring and business publications. Having recently relocated to Central London, they are looking for an online advertising sales executive to join their team in a business development role. The main purpose of the position is to identify, negotiate and develop commercial partner opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have experience in negotiating and closing deals whilst making proposals and assessing the revenue opportunities. You will have to effectively manage business partner relationships on a day to day basis ensuring all commercial spots are filled. Through upselling and identifying new business you will gradually increase revenue. You will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Development and be responsible for weekly reporting and inter departmental meetings on a regular basis. The following skills would be desirable: • Negotiation skills • Be able to develop and deliver presentations • Demonstrate experience and understanding of Internet advertising terms such as CPM, CPC, CPA and tenancies • Excellent organisational skills • Ability to work as a team • Analytical skills • Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office A business degree is preferred but not essential. You must have online advertising sales experience. You should have a proven track record of winning new business and developing long term relationships. In addition to a base salary and commission, my clients offer private healthcare, a pension scheme and 23 days holiday upon completion of probationary period. |
