| New Business Development Manager / Advertising Sales Executive (Online Media Sales)
London, Regent Street £35K - £40K + OTE of £90,000 + options package for sustained performance, stakeholder pension scheme and 25 days holiday. Our client is leading the next generation of affiliate marketing, specialising in driving significant online sales for the UK's biggest brands. As New Business Development Manager you will deliver excellent sales results at industry leading performance levels. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest Agencies and Advertisers in the UK. As the New Business Development Manager you will be responsible for: * Closing business in pursuit of over achieving quarterly sales quotas * Generating outbound sales pipeline in key market territories * Fulfilling all aspects of successful sales cycles (RFP’s, quotes, proposals, presentations, forecasting, closing, reporting) * Delivering target account plans * Appraising and developing the effectiveness of merchants' online programmes * Developing sales & marketing plans with new and existing strategic Agency partners The ideal candidate will possess online and/or media sales experience with a track record of success in a new business consultative sales within a competitive or new market. As the New Business Development Manager you will have the following skills and experience: * Established New Business Development Manager * Able to demonstrate a strong desire to take advantage of significant company expansion in a very competitive market * Ability to demonstrate credibility with a proven record of direct sales success * Consistent over achievement within a defined territory/vertical * Previous development of key accounts with a complex consultative sale * Online and/or media or Agency sales * Sales success in a fast growing, competitive market * Strong oral, written and presentation skills * Good project management skills This is a full time, permanent position based within their London Office located in Regent Street; hours of work are 9.00am to 6.00pm. A flexible approach to work is essential. A social aspect is important. The role offers a basic salary band of £35k to £40k, with an OTE of £90k.
