| A small company with large ambitions is looking for a New Business Development Manager to lead the sales and account management arm of this ever-expanding City Training firm. You will be comfortable, and ideally have experience of, consulting with CEOs, Marketing and HR Directors of FTSE companies, also you will be experienced in managing large accounts and familiar with Training sales. You will be involved in the strategic development of the company, which will include the analysing of all customers and the amount they contribute to group revenues. Part of your role will be to develop a core sales and account management team for the City, Corporate Market and Public Sector accounts which you will be responsible for managing.
This role offers good basic salary and excellent commission structure, as well as solid career progression and the opportunity to become a director of the company. |
