London, NW1 Basic + Commission and Bonus (£55,000 OTE) Our client is looking for HIGHLY FOCUSED TELESALES PROFFESSIONALS TO SELL ON HIGH YIELDING OFFICIAL MAGAZINES * BASIC + COMM + BONUS, OTE £55,000 + * Our client has been established over 12 years and is an international publishing company, working on behalf of some of the top organizations in the world. They have three principle offices: one in London, one in New York City, and one in Chicago. They sell advertising opportunities to blue chip companies and their publications have highly targeted circulations. They publish a group of Official publications; their clients include Starwood Luxury Hotels and Resorts Inc, The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, EADS - The European Aeronautical Defence and Space Agency; The European Union; Immobilien Verband Deutschland, The International Chamber of Commerce, and The US PGA Tour. They want experienced telephone advertising sales specialists to join their successful teams in the London office to work on their high-end consumer and B2B magazines. You will work within a lively, focused environment alongside a team of like-minded professional people and you should be a highly focused and experienced telephone advertising sales specialist. You will need a high-energy level that excels in cold calling but which can also nurture customers to generate on-going business. You must be a business developer with a proven track record in telephone advertising sales. You will have excellent phone skills and be able to initiate high-level business conversations with decision makers, build a strong pipeline, close new business, and expand customer relationships ensuring renewable business. For this role, you must be able to: * Communicate effectively at senior boardroom level * Be tenacious, persuasive and ambitious * Be well spoken with good communication skills * Be self-motivated, maintaining high levels of focus and enthusiasm * Find new business and develop it * Navigate your way past gatekeepers * Create interest and logical urgency * Overcome obvious and hidden hurdles in decision making * Be capable and prepared to ask for the business on the first call * Work independently in a fast paced sales team environment In addition, it would help if you are: * An infectiously positive person with polished interpersonal skills * A target oriented team player * Energetic and outgoing * Career minded This position is for experienced telephone salespeople only. In return, they can offer an excellent remuneration uncapped package that comprises a basic salary plus commission and bonus. There is a realistic OTE in excess of £55k. You will also receive: initial and ongoing training and skills development; management support in product knowledge, working practices and the closing of deals; fast track advancement for employees with management ability; as well as the opportunity to work in an established but dynamic, fast growing company.
