| Based at the European headquarters in London of one of the top US corporate travel companies we have an immediate vacancy for a Sales Support Associate to assist in the management of the entire sales process, from initial strategy meeting to establishing deadlines and production.
About the role: Primarily supporting the UK sales team, you will be responsible for the creation and streamlining of proposals, presentations and case studies. You will ensure the accuracy of the Sales Support database with regard to products and services and develop case studies and best practices. You will be instrumental in writing, designing and producing sales presentations, proposals and case studies to assist the sales team in maximising business potential. This is a position that demands accuracy, completeness and professionalism throughout. About you: Ideally an MBA or graduate, you demonstrate creativity in both writing and design as well as having excellent editing and proof-reading skills. You have the capability to pro-actively manage multiple projects and priorities, often under tight deadlines and with a “Whatever-it-takes” attitude. You have a proven ability for research including discrimination in using the Internet as a research tool for obtaining information and a strong eye for detail. You must be proficient in Microsoft office, particularly PowerPoint and Access, and may also have knowledge and experience of Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator. You are a problem-solver and logical decision-maker with a desire to grow into the role of Sales Executive.
