They currently have a prestigious opportunity for a Sales Account Director to join them. Executive Education at the school addresses the management development needs of both individuals and organisations to enable them to achieve their ambitions. The school’s Centre for Management Development is responsible for developing and running company specific courses for senior managers. With over 50 international clients, the centre has a revenue target of over £14 million and over 4,500 participants per year. As the Sales Account Director you will be responsible for building and maintaining lucrative relationships with corporate clients, and selling the Centre’s courses. A key aspect of this position will be the preparation and presenting of proposals in order to win new business. This position is office based, but will involve visits to client and prospect sites. This position will require the ability to translate organisational challenges into a learning process, showing senior managers how they can deliver measurable business outputs in multi national corporations. To succeed as the Sales Account Director you will be degree educated (or equivalent) with a demonstrable track record in sales and relationship management. Ideally, your sales management experience will be from within an education/training environment. Although not essential, ideally you will also have an MBA (or equivalent) with international business experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are essential to this role, as is experience and an understanding of organisation and management development processes.
