London, SE1 (Nr Tower Bridge) £25,000 Basic + Commission (£40,000 OTE Uncapped) Our client has a reputable track record for delivering IT solutions and support services across a broad range of industries since *****. Due to continued growth they now need a challenge driven, innovative Sales Account Manager to exploit the potential of the company’s client base and on-sell the many and varied company services and solutions. Working with clients from a wide variety of sectors including Recruitment, Media, Financial and Professional services, as a Sales Account Manager you will be fully responsible for a portfolio of approx 70 existing clients. Clients range from 10 to *****user companies and mainly use Microsoft technologies. You will apply a consultative sales approach, and the portfolio of clients you will manage rely on the company as a key supplier/partner. With your talent for maintaining strong relationships and delivering an excellent and efficient service to facilitate future sales; you will be involved in a wide variety of selling, from the provision of equipment through to the delivery of major network upgrades and office relocation projects. A varied and challenging role, you will need to understand the needs and pressures facing every client to formulate and propose innovative and related solutions. To excel in this Sales Account Management role you must be target driven, with a genuine interest in IT and an understanding of small business networks. You will have a strong technical aptitude with extensive experience in a technical sales / account management role, with strong Business to Business sales experience. It would be highly desirable if you have an IT related degree (or equivalent), or IT certification - e.g. MCP qualifications. This position would suit a motivated and sales driven applicant, eager to develop their impressive remit of IT and B2B Sales experience. The successful candidate will receive a generous basic salary depending upon experience, with an OTE of c£40,000 in the first year and company pension.
