You will have a degree (or equivalent) and previous commercial experience. As Recruitment Consultant you will be trained to research, target, identify and confidentially approach key individuals fitting the client's specification. Your key aim is to bring top performers to decision makers in major financial institutions and professional firms. The Recruitment Consultant needs previous experience in a commercial sales environment (such as financial services, advertising, business to business sales or recruitment). A Telesales Executive, Sales Executive, Sales Account Manager, Business Development, Sales Representative, and Sales Manager would also be considered. You will be a flexible, hard working UK graduate with excellent communication skills. This is the chance to be trained in the well-remunerated and exciting arena of Executive Search.
