Paddington W2 £18,000 - £20,000 OTE up to £27,000 Immediate start required! Our client is a profitable Internet based Property Company and the market leader in their field. With offices in Paddington, New York, Sydney, Paris, Munich, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Shanghai; they are now looking to recruit a passionate and talented Sales / Business Development Executive on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Candidates will have an extensive B2B sales background, with experience of selling at a consistently high level both over the phone and face-to-face. You will also be available to start work immediately, due to the urgent nature of this requirement. As a Sales / Business Development Executive you will join their EMEA Sales team as they grow the Europe, Middle East, African and Indian markets in their Instant Offices division where you will sell serviced offices. This is your chance to help maintain their position as the number one broker within the global market. This position will not require any travelling. A varied and challenging role, as a Sales / Business Development Executive you will follow up enquiries for the region, create reports and qualify prospects - ensuring you become the expert for your geographical region. Additionally, with your excellent communication skills you will build relationships with operators, develop future repeat business with clients and ensure you achieve business objectives and monthly targets. To succeed you will be ambitious with passion for selling and customer service, with the ability to work and communicate at all levels. You must also be of graduate calibre and possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills. This is a temporary-to-permanent position. You will join the company on a short term contract, and will be offered a permanent position dependent on your performance. As a temporary staff member you will receive £20 per office deal and £10 per virtual office deal you uncover. As a permanent staff member you will receive a range of bonuses and incentives which will increase your OTE to £23K - £27K.
