London, Kentish Town £25,000 (OTE £28,000 Year 1 / £35,000 Year 2 - Uncapped Commission) Are you an experienced sales person with the drive and tenacity to work for a leading company? Our client is a reputable promotional merchandising company that source and produce items for the top *****companies in the UK. They are currently looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive. If you are a self motivated, experienced sales person with a great personality who is looking for a fun working environment - this is your chance. As a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, using your impressive sales experience, you will actively develop new business opportunities through cold calling, turn incoming enquiries into business, and develop new business into long term clients. A varied and challenging role - where no two days are ever the same, as a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive you will be involved in sales, account management and sourcing of products. You will be working to a monthly target with the potential to earn a bonus and an uncapped commission structure. The more you put into it, the more money you will make. To succeed as a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive you will have previous sales experience in a busy B2B sales environment, or come from a marketing background. Ideally you will already be in the promotional merchandise marketplace - but this is not essential. With your natural ability to build client relationships through face to face meetings and over the telephone - you will thrive in this industry where developing long term client relationships - is the key to success. You will have a bright, friendly and bubbly character, and you will have good organisational and memory skills - with the ability to learn quickly. The successful candidate will benefit from a generous salary, potential OTE of £28,000 for year 1, and any pension contribution made, the company will give an extra 12% to the pension.
