London & South East £30,000 basic, £50,000 OTE Uncapped + bonus + share scheme + laptop + benefits Our client is an innovative and fast-growing web solutions company based in Smithfield Market, Central London. The company is currently seeking an experienced sales person to expand a successful Sales and Marketing team. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for: - a geographical area covering London and the South East - identifying and sourcing new business prospects, making sales appointments and maintaining the flow of leads - attending new business meetings and preparing tenders and other sales documents - ensuring sales targets are achieved - managing accounts to maximise sales and ensure client satisfaction and retention You will be supported by an experienced Sales and Marketing team who provide a back-drop of marketing activity such as advertising, direct mail and events. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to develop key client relationships, develop your own sales strategy for target accounts, input into the marketing process, drive sales activity in new industry verticals, become completely fluent in a whole range of web solutions, and contribute significantly to the overall success of the company. Ideally you will be able to offer extensive experience in client-facing sales roles, preferably selling at Director level in large companies. This role would ideally suit a degree-qualified (or equivalent), well-presented sales person who has outgrown their current position and is excited by new challenges. You will be a confident, enthusiastic and dynamic self-starter who can work comfortably under pressure and be adept at prioritising your own schedule. What will give you a distinct advantage: - strong internet and technical knowledge, ideally web solutions - effective computer skills including word processing, Power Point, Excel, email, internet use and experience of contact management systems - the ability to digest client requirements and accurately translate them into sales proposals and presentations - excellent written skills As your achievements will contribute to the overall success of the company, you must be self-motivated, driven by results and by the potential for high earnings.
