Central London W1 £20,000 basic plus bonus (first year OTE to £30,000) With around *****of the UK’s most dynamic entrepreneurs attending their events every month, our client is London’s fastest growing club for innovative, high growth entrepreneurs. Their membership comprises the founders and CEOs of sector leading businesses over £1m sales. They pride themselves on the quality of their members and events and services that they offer them. Based at their vibrant offices near Oxford Circus in central London, they are now looking to scale up membership and activity significantly and seek a sales executive to take control of new membership growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, small and growing team and meet some of the countries most exciting entrepreneurs. The role will be to identify, write to and book in appropriate guests to events as well as to sign up guests to membership after attendance at events. The role will also be dependent on developing a good relationship with existing members who provide them with many of the company's best referrals. You will work closely with the Membership Secretary in developing and marketing events to attract guests and members. Performance will be measured and rewarded against clear monthly guest and member recruitment targets. You will be a bright, ambitious individual who wants to make a mark quickly in sales and business. The individual should be a self starter who is able to work as part of a team but work independently and efficiently to develop guests and membership numbers. You should have the following skills and experience: * Clear and confident telephone manner * Demonstrable track record of successful telephone and face-to-face sales * Good written and verbal communications skills * Excellent time management skills and an ability to keep on top a large number of leads You may have previous experience in recruitment sales or a similar sales role and be seeking a fresh challenge whilst using and developing your skills.
