Central London WC1 £21,000 - £28,000 DOE + OTE c£35K - £50K + Benefits Finding a new job can often be a job in itself. Our client is a recruitment search engine which has one of the widest ranges of local jobs in the UK and is brought to job seekers by over *****regional newspapers. They are now looking for a talented Sales Executive to sell recruitment advertising across their job boards. Using your previous sales experience and understanding of online recruitment/advertising, as a Sales Executive you will generate new business - contacting recruitment businesses daily. Highly skilled in developing working relationships with your prospect base and with your proven track record of hitting targets in an outbound sales environment, as a Sales Executive you will need to be able to identify opportunities and communicate the benefits of the company. To support you, you will be given achievable KPIs, provided with existing leads (to convert into sales), and you will be benefit from a large-scale nationwide marketing strategy, involving new national TV and radio ads which will bring in many leads for you to turn into sales. To succeed as a Sales Executive you will need an understanding of the online recruitment industry, competitive sites and market conditions; or have experience in recruitment, exhibition sales, or publishing sales in a hunting role. You will need to be able to understand site statistics and have a talent for communicating the benefits of the site over competitors, in a structured and thought through manner. Highly motivated and driven to become a true sales professional, as a Sales Executive, you will need to be a good team player who works well with others. As a tenacious Sales Executive, you will have excellent telephone sales skills, with the ability to build relationships over the telephone. With your proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently, you will possess a commercial acumen, with good time management skills. You must be PC literate, able to multi-task, and be deadlines orientated. With your ability to build external and internal relationships, you must also be able to acquire an effective working knowledge of our client, the market, competitors and customers.
