| THE ROLE
§ Sales Manager § To sell new and existing exhibitors by face to face meetings. § Based out of the office two days a week making approximately 40 calls per day. § Responsible for at least one complete section on the exhibition floor. § Identify new business opportunities, sectors and suppliers which are appropriate to each exhibition. § Work with the sales team to maximise sales performance. § 10% account management, 70% sales, 10% sales administration, 5% industry knowledge, and 5% sales planning. § Dealing at all levels from managing directors to marketing managers at companies of any size. THE PERSON § Excellent communication skills, innovation and a positive attitude overcoming objections. § Minimum of 2 years sales experience. § Consultative selling experience.
