· To set the site sales strategy, in line with ISC Business Objectives and budget targets.
· To plan the centre sales and marketing activity to achieve sales strategy.
· Manage the implementation of the sales and marketing plan through the team.
· Monitor performance against target through effective forecasting and take corrective action as required.
· Monitor the diary on a daily basis to ensure that all team members are managing the diary effectively to maximise revenue for the venue.
· Ensure effective and professional client relationship management to maximise client retention and identify further business opportunity.
· Communication with account management team to ensure all opportunities are followed up.· Recruitment and development of team, sets and monitors performance targets for team.
· Maintenance of all ISC people management practices.
· Responsible for the implementation of ISC SOP’s, working practices, system standards and conventions.
· Ensure the office operates with a sales attitude and all personnel are aware of sales opportunities within the region, which will assist with the maximisation of revenues.
· Manage all local marketing campaigns, material and print.
· Manage monthly sales strategy review meetings with key players.
· Competitor analysis.
· Sets local promotions, client events and sales activity.
· Encourage and demonstrate a positive relationship with customers and colleagues to ensure customer delight.
