| Experienced Sales Professional with a minimum of 6 years proven sales ability at Senior level in the Business to Business sector.
It is essential that the applicant is educated to Graduate level and trained in sales and negotiation strategies. The ideal candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic with excellent leadership skills. Use to working to targets, you will also have the ability to "sell-in" new concepts and solutions as required. IT competent with networking experience. Duties to include managing the sales force, setting targets, allocating areas, training, coaching, motivating and setting reward and incentive levels. Develop strategies to generate new business. Negotiate new contracts. Control sales budget. Meet and establish relationships with existing principal customers. Provide input to planning of customer events and to attend. Gather competitor information. Hours of work are 9-5 Monday-Friday with some additional hours as required. Excellent package on offer including performance related payment. Salary of £30K with the potential to earn in excess of £55K Interested applicants should email their CVs in the first instance. |
