London, Kentish Town NW5 £22,000 with OTE of £25,000 Our client is looking for a confident, numerate Sales Support Executive to work for a fun, young and lively Promotional Merchandise Company in NW5. You will be a lively and committed individual with office experience to assist in their Sales department. The right candidate must be driven and able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. A good, confident telephone manner and organisational skills are essential, as well as typing abilities. Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a must. Your role will be to assist 2 Senior Sales Executives with all aspects of Account Management. You will be preparing and sending quotations, placing orders, chasing deliveries and keeping customers up to date with order progression. You will need to be confident and highly organised as a vital part to the role will be Customer Service which we are developing on a huge scale. Our aspirations are that the right candidate will progress within the company, eventually begin to manage some of their own smaller accounts before becoming a Senior Sales Executive themselves! So if you are satisfied with being an assistant long term this is not the role for you! If you fit the bill and are keen to learn, in return the company offers a basic salary of £22,000 per annum + bonuses and 20 days paid holiday. Hours are 9.00-6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
