| Opportunity for an Marketing Sales Support Administrator in the Asset Management Sector to work for a London based Institutional Sales Team.
To provide excellent sales support and client service for alternative and long only business transacted by the team, with a global reach for alternative work and a Europe focus for the long only activity. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure model presentations for all hedge funds are regularly updated accurately Assist prepare tailored presentations for individual clients File electronically all presentations so that they are accessible to all To ensure monthly reporting for all hedge fund clients is accurate and on time Monitor that the right documents reach the right clients/prospects Review punctuality of delivery with Operations/Marketing To ensure the electronic database is kept up to date and only used for hedge fund information Review database and ensure that new name cards get processed rapidly Help process client/prospect meetings on Avenue To handle client enquiries and ensure that the terms of all side letters are fulfilled Maintain a file of all side letters and review regularly Maintain a file of ME terms of business clients Make sure that institutional/mutual fund/hedge fund client take on procedures are followed accurately To arrange client meetings and liaise on organisation of marketing events Help execute with relevant sales persons a sales/marketing plan and calendar of events Maintain strong relationships internally with all parties It is essential that you are at least A level educated and it would be desirable to be IMC qualified. You must have 2 years experience in a banking environment, preferably within a sales support, marketing, administrative function. You should be able to demonstrate at interview, attention to detail, accuracy and good execution skills, be a good team worker, good listener and client focused. It would be desirable to have some direct experience or knowledge of hedge funds Essential: Basic understanding of investment and long only funds: interest to learn about hedge funds |
